We want to say Thank You to Naomi Steele who recently took the initiative and arranged a coffee morning in support of the work in Malawi.
Although they were too shy to appear on camera, several dozen local Christian ladies came to enjoy Naomi’s fantastic hospitality.
On the day, over £1000 was raised through the sale of various items produced by the ladies at Dzaleka, pastries and cakes donated for the coffee morning, and the generous donations of the ladies who came.
The money raised will be used towards the costs of hosting the various Christmas programs at Dzaleka, Saidi and Lilongwe, and to replenish materials for the Dzaleka ladies’ skills training project.
