Prisoner welfare in Malawi suffers greatly due to resource constraints, with clinics under-funded and under-staffed.
Encouraged by the great response to our annual MGO effort, SALT is considering the possibility of assembling a small team of health practitioners to conduct a series of mobile clinics within some of the prisons that we operate in.
We would love to hear from you if you are a Christian doctor, nurse, dentist, physiotherapist etc., and would be willing to give a week or two of your time for this purpose during 2020. The mobile clinics would be combined with times of Gospel preaching and literature distribution to prison inmates, offering a unique opportunity to minister to both body and soul.
