CCTV equipment and computers for SALT office ready to be shipped

A pallet of CCTV security equipment is due to leave NI this week en route to Malawi. Unfortunately a short delay means that it has missed the deadline to make this week’s airfreight consignment and won’t now go until the end of the month. Please pray for its safe arrival.

We decided to make the investment a couple of months ago after thieves attacked our security fence, but more recent events have reinforced the need for vigilance.

We are grateful to Daryl and his colleagues at Advanced Overwatch CCTV & Security Solutions for help and advice in procuring this system for the site at Saidi. It includes a mixture of wirelessly-connected fixed and Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) cameras with enhanced low-light capabilities, and should give the ability to monitor the entire site perimeter. It is scaleable, and through time we will be able to add additional equipment if we desire.

If we needed it, coming in the wake of a series of setbacks, the past week has definitely reminded us that we are not wrestling against mere flesh and blood, but against spiritual wickedness. We are no match!
